Almoosawi private
hospital in Basra welcomed professors and doctors in its 2nd
scientific day
After
the success of its 1st scientific day in January 2008, Almoosawi
private hospital in Basra promoted this success by performing the
2nd scientific day on 30th of May 2009.
This
step came to confirm the continuous scientific and medical giving of
the hospital and its follow up to the developments in the
therapeutic strategies and the medical devices. This is to improve
the medical services which is the main goal of the hospital since
its foundation in January 2005.
On 30th
of May 2009 , the 2nd scientific day started at 9.00 o'clock in the
morning in the hospital's building which is attended by the best and
famous professors and doctors of Basra along with 2 doctors
were invited from USA. The attendants were from different
specialities and many of them actively shared in the conference.

Firstly,
there was the welcome speech by Dr. Zaineldeen Almoosawi, the
manager of the hospital. Then the scientific activities divided into
2 sessions. During the 1st session, there were lectures for
professors and doctors from the college of medicine and from the
ministry of health. Also the 2 American doctors, Dr. Albert Rath
(specialist in Obstetric and Gynecology) and Dr. Stephan Waller
(Ophthalmologist), took place in this session by 2 lectures, one was
about the private practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the
other was about refractive surgery and retinal diseases. This
sharing is a good evidence for the hospital care to connect
Iraqi doctors with the most advanced skills and experiences in the
world which will lead to more and more progress in the medical
situation.
Then,
and after 30-minutes break, the second session started and included
5 lectures. As usual, Many of professors and doctors hoped to come
but the time was the main obstacle.
Lastly, the hospital will never
cease to pass all difficulties which stand against of the scientific
and medical progress and always promise Iraqi doctors and Iraqi
people for doing the best.
