The owner of the project , is one of the well- known greatest personals in the Iraqi
community ,particularly in Basra , took care of the execution of
this giant project which bears his ( surname) as a contribution
to provide the country with the modern medical services and
curative technologies to improve the health situation |

Attempts started to gain a permission for building a high edifice that reflects the
cultural face of Iraq and escorting the scientific developments which began to expand
and spread to penetrate all fields of science and knowledge The Ministry of Health issued a permission at the end of 1999. Working in the project
launched at the beginning of 2000. The work continued for nearly four years. The
work has faced many difficulties and obstacles that led to cease the continuity due
to the difficult circumstances of the country After the construction of the premise, it had been supplied with the most modern
medical equipments, furniture and all the essential accessories. The hospital started
the delivery of health and medical services in the 5th of January 2005 as soon as
we gained the green light from the Ministry of Health to practice our careers in 25th
of December 2004
