The hospital Management

 
 

The hospital is run by a board consisting of a chairman and eight members. An executive manager " specialized doctor '' was appointed to run the daily hospital affairs directly. There are seven administrative departments as they enlisted below:

1- DG's Office.

2- Secretariat

3- Management and H.R. department .

4- Accounting department.

5- Auditing department.

6- Statistics department.

7- Maintenance and service department.

The hospital has used a highly computer system for management and accounting. A computer network used to connect the hospital departments and to collect information. The hospital computer system was also connected to the internet.

A lecture hall is available in the second floor. Its capacity is 65 personnel. It has a data show screen used for meetings , lectures and conferences in case of existence of a lecturer or a guest .

 
 

 

 
 

General Services and Maintenances

In this department , modern essential servicing equipments are available to maintain

the technical and medical departments properly. These can be enlisted below :

1- Central air purification and air-conditioning system.

2- A huge laundry contains washing machines ( capacity of each is 35Kg) ,

giant dryers , cloth ironing and sheets- blankets ironing.

 

2- Sterilizing equipments for clothes and tools that are used in surgical operations.

3- Central soaking and medical gases system: centrally connected with all wards ,theaters and emergencies.

 

5- Central water purification unit: this unit has specialized flitters for water filtration and purification before the use of water in wards or theaters.

6- Potable water Treatment Unit.

 

7-Central boilers.

8- Fire noticing and extinguishing system for any abnormal increased temperature in the hospital environment.

9- Internal exchange and broadcasting unit.

 

10- Central kitchen : contains stores, freezers and ovens which used for cooking meals under a serious health monitoring instructions.

11- Cafeteria : The hospital provided a cafeteria to meet the visitors' requirements . They can use it for waiting for their appointments. It also meet the demands of the medical and the services staffs.

 

The hospital management was focused to condense the innovative side in designing the dinning facility due to health instructions. The management was focused not only on designing and innovations , but also on decoration , the election of furniture and chandeliers and the natural plants that were

distributed carefully.

12- Cleaning services : modern equipments and manual tools were imported for cleaning purposes. The staff was trained for using them.

13- Generators : the hospital was provided with three electrical generators that are fitted with the hospital electrical loads to provide sufficient currents to operate the whole hospital in case of the unavailability of the National current.

14- Two ambulances are available in addition to
