special case

60 years old lady with severe lower abdominal pain , proved by ultrasound to be cervical tumour , and planned for surgical removal of the whole uterus , cervix , fallopian tube

She had ischemic heart disease for which she was admitted for CCU for several days , she described attack of chest discomfort 2 weeks ago , the problem is that she had severe joint problem and pelvic pain continuous that made her unable to perform physical exercise test , so we do doputamine stress which shows a good compliance of the left ventricle without additional regional wall ischemia , so we assured the surgeon and the anesthetist , and they did surgery comfortably .The patient is now in her bed happy with the surgery . The idea is that we are the only center in Iraq which goes with the patient in a scientific way till the final step ( as I know no hospital now do the chemical test in Iraq for preoperative assessment ) , and the least hospital in mortality from surgery due to scientific work
